Chris Fahey is the Military and Veteran Outreach Coordinator and Business Development leader at Stone River Recovery Center. A nearly 20-year U.S. Navy veteran and photojournalist, he deployed worldwide, including a year in Afghanistan supporting NATO counter-insurgency missions.

After being diagnosed with PTSD while on active duty, Chris now lives a life of recovery and dedicates his work to helping fellow veterans. He holds a B.S. in Psychology from Sam Houston State University and is pursuing a master’s degree through Harvard Extension School. Chris lives in Texas with his three children and continues to advocate for veterans and community healing.
